Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and motivate a team on the busy sales floor to beat KPIs and deliver a world-class customer experience
  • •Coach sales assistants and drive exceptional service through role-modelling our selling ceremony
  • •Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, till reconciliation, and administrative duties
  • •Monitor sales performance, provide actionable insights, and support achievement of individual and store targets
  • •Address escalated customer complaints with professionalism and care
