Key Responsibilities

  • •Support establishment and maintenance of robust project cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections.
  • •Monitor project portfolio performance against approved cost and schedule baselines and surface risks and trends early.
  • •Identify, analyze, and communicate cost and schedule variances to support proactive decision-making.
  • •Support initial project risk assessments and contingency planning for complex or high-risk projects.
  • •Maintain project controls reports and dashboards; support change management analyses and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI) plus forecasting insights (EAC, ETC).

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, Environmental Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •3 to 5 years of progressive experience in project controls, project finance, or cost controls in consulting, engineering, environmental services, or construction environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, with advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience working with Oracle financial systems, ERP platforms, project reporting tools, or similar project accounting systems.
  • •Experience supporting multi-disciplinary environmental, regulatory, remediation, infrastructure, mining, energy, or resource-sector projects.
