Job Summary

Contribute to the design and execution of a global benefits strategy within the Collins Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence. Support large-scale transformation across Time Away from Work, Health & Welfare, and Retirement, while overseeing key benefit program operations and compliance. Partner with enterprise teams and vendors, enable HR systems, and use analytics and scenario modeling to inform program decisions, communications, and change management across a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the design and execution of the global benefits strategy aligned to enterprise Total Rewards objectives.
•Support benefits transformation initiatives, including Time Away from Work, Health & Welfare, and Retirement programs.
•Oversee benefit program operations in collaboration with Enterprise Services, Corporate Benefits, Payroll, and other stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and support risk mitigation related to benefits programs.
•Build cost models and scenario analyses, support communications, change management, and lead multiple complex initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.

•Experience supporting regional benefits programs within a global governance model.
•Knowledge of global HR and regulatory environments and a solid understanding of benefits methodologies.
