Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML engineering solutions from design and build through production support and measurable outcomes.
  • •Own architecture and technical strategy for scalable, secure data/AI platforms (batch + streaming) aligned to engineering standards and controls.
  • •Design and build resilient, observable high-performance GCP data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow/Beam, Airflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
  • •Implement MLOps across the full lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, reproducible training pipelines, monitoring, and rollback.
  • •Deliver production-grade GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic/multi-agent patterns) using orchestration frameworks, evaluation, and performance optimisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience focused on engineering practices and governance.
  • •Proven experience in application architecture and data management.
  • •Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in banking or financial services.
  • •Technical acumen in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle.
