•Achieve revenue targets through customer retention and account expansion, driving additional business from existing customers.
•Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues to sustain strong relationships.
•Build and manage an account expansion pipeline and collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of relevant experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling.
•Experience in product-focused sales with an organized approach to work.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
•Strong business acumen and product expertise.
•Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
