Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model and supporting in-store promotion and product engagement. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to achieve personal performance objectives, stay current on product collaborations and brand initiatives, and follow asset protection and inventory control procedures.
