Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including safe work practices, documentation, inspections, and OSHA/regulatory guidelines.
  • •Direct, evaluate, schedule, and coordinate equipment and personnel to support daily nonferrous receiving, processing, and loading operations.
  • •Maintain inventory control and quality assurance, including evaluating incoming materials, meeting contractual quantity/quality obligations, and preparing time & weight analysis.
  • •Inspect equipment and manage maintenance and purchase orders to maintain department operations.
  • •Support budgeting/forecasting by conducting monthly physical inventory audits, partnering with commercial operations on inventory and buying programs, and overseeing performance and staffing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with minimum 3 years metal recycling industry experience.

  • •Past supervisory experience is a plus.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile.
