Job Summary

Lead the Talent Acquisition team for APAC & ME, managing a high-performing group of 10+ recruiters across EMEA. Partner with senior global leaders to align commercial hiring with business needs, global standards, and diversity priorities. Own a short- and long-term GTM hiring roadmap, build scalable sourcing, interviewing, and assessment processes, and use forecasting, reporting, and analytics to shape the broader people strategy from Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a high-performing EMEA GTM recruitment team by hiring, developing, and setting clear performance goals for 10+ recruiters.
•Partner with commercial, finance, and people leadership to design and execute a short- and long-term hiring roadmap.
•Design, implement, and iterate global interviewing, sourcing, and assessment tools to scale candidate experience.
•Use forecasting, reporting, and analytics to track recruitment metrics and share talent insights that shape the people roadmap.
•Champion diversity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle and maintain a progressive hiring culture.

Key Requirements

•Significant GTM leadership experience, with a proven track record leading commercial talent acquisition in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
•Regional expertise navigating the hiring landscape across the UAE, specifically within Dubai.
•Strong people management experience, coaching, developing, and managing recruitment leads and senior specialists.
•A data-driven mindset using data and analytics to influence stakeholders and measure recruitment impact.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, building relationships and influencing executive leadership.
