Job Summary

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of semiconductor parts and assemblies. Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering teams, using lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness. Define and optimize manufacturing test processes, fixtures, tooling, and equipment; monitor yield and throughput metrics; and investigate root-cause issues to drive corrective actions. Support training of manufacturing technicians and operators.

•Support production operations by troubleshooting and resolving test equipment, software, and product-related issues.

•Monitor manufacturing metrics such as yield, throughput, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
•Use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing/product costs, improve product quality, and drive root-cause corrective actions.

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Preferred: 1–2 years of semiconductor experience or other industry experience.
•General knowledge of the semiconductor industry developed through education or experience.
•Ability to work in a noise environment and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
•Ability to work in a clean room and use required PPE (e.g., coveralls, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, face shields).
