Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and execute project opportunity capture strategies, including teaming and positioning for strategic pursuits and identification of required staff resources to win and effectively deliver projects and programs.
  • •Business Development including prospecting and proposal development with established relationships with local clients, including ODOT and local agency specifications, policies, and procedures.
  • •Establish relationships with external and internal clients, builds and maintains relationships with project owners.
  • •Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values internally and externally.
  • •Proven track record with client account management, project pursuit execution, and staff development.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering
  • •Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio or ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • •6+ years of progressive experience delivering projects
  • •5 years’ experience with proposal and business development, client presentations and relationship development
