Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) workstreams across large manufacturing programs. Own end-to-end solution design, hands-on configuration, delivery governance, and adoption of SAP best practices for Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release processes. Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, manage RICEFW impacts, coordinate across SAP modules and technical teams, and lead testing, cutover, and go-live/hypercare support to ensure stable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
•Own end-to-end delivery for Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes; act as the primary escalation point for PP/QM topics.
•Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP and SAP QM, ensuring adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
•Lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops, business process harmonization, RICEFW impact assessment, and manufacturing/quality master data conversion and validation.
•Own testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, cutover planning for production orders/batches/inspection lots, and go-live/hypercare support while ensuring manufacturing stability.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP PP (Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing) and SAP QM.
•2–3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a Lead role, including manufacturing and quality management process knowledge.
•Experience leading PP/QM delivery in large SAP programs and managing stakeholders in global onshore–offshore delivery models.
•Deep knowledge of S/4HANA MRP/production execution simplifications, QM integration with MM and PP, and batch/serial and inspection lot processing.
•Knowledge or exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP/DS or IBP; LeanIX and Signavio for process flow preparation is an advantage.
