  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data and UE to drive merchandising excellence.
  • •Manage the budgeting, reporting and business data (e.g., expenses, sell-through) and inform planning processes (quarterly business review and sales planning).
  • •Lead a team through accountability, coaching, talent development, and KPI-driven communication across the Operations and Visual team.
