Job Summary

Lead a portfolio of corporate clients for SEB Growth in Stockholm, serving as the primary contact for SEB’s offerings. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the client team in day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with Business and Retail Banking strategy and values.
•Own a defined group of corporate clients as primary point of contact, managing existing relationships and prospecting new clients.
•Identify new business opportunities through strategic dialogue with product teams including Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Venture Debt, Markets, and Private Wealth Management.
•Oversee credit risk management and drive business development in close cooperation with clients and the client team.
•Contribute to SEB Growth’s goal of strengthening long-term partnerships and growing within the Swedish mid-market corporate segment.

Key Requirements

•A higher academic degree in economics or a related field, along with a Swedsec license.
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, and credit within a corporate banking environment.
•Experience working with more complex national and international corporate clients.
•Strong analytical skills from both a business and credit perspective.
•A solid understanding of banking products and services.
