Compensation Lead

Own end-to-end compensation systems for Affirm, leading semiannual processes, annual market studies, and pay reporting across geographies. Partner with People and finance teams to ensure policy alignment, transparency, and compliance while driving data-driven insights using Radford, Pave, Excel, and Sigma. This role combines analytics, stakeholder management, and communication to keep compensation competitive.
