Job Summary

Drive Kerry’s Foodservice business growth in Brazil’s South region by managing strategic foodservice distributors and vending machine operators. Own joint business plans to accelerate sell-out, expand the customer base, and build sustainable growth strategies. Track channel KPIs (sell-out, geographic coverage, client positivity, average ticket, margin, mix) and run commercial initiatives, incentives, and field coaching to improve distributor productivity and market share.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 11 strategic foodservice distributors and vending machine operators in Brazil’s South region.
•Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), setting strategies, targets, and growth plans with distributors.
•Monitor and drive channel KPIs including sell-out, geographic coverage, client positivity, average ticket, margin and profitability, and category mix development.
•Develop commercial initiatives and incentive programs to accelerate results and improve distributor productivity.
•Conduct frequent field visits to follow routes and directly support distributors’ sales teams; identify expansion opportunities and prospect new distributors to grow market share.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8–10 years of commercial experience, preferably in Foodservice, Ingredients, Coffee, Bakery, Confectionery, or indirect channels.
•Complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Food Engineering, or related fields.
•Proven experience managing and developing foodservice distributors.
•Demonstrated ability to build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP).
•Experience managing commercial KPIs and developing growth strategies, with strong field presence supporting commercial teams and distributors.
