Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering a personalized, elevated shopping experience. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory tasks, and merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
