Key Responsibilities

  • •Create BIM models (MEP & HVAC) up to LOD 450 and perform clash detection for coordination.
  • •Prepare MEP building services layouts and coordinate MEP drawing work with architectural inputs.
  • •Create architectural and structural 3D models from 2D drawings and perform clash detection.
  • •Review drawings for discrepancies and errors and make required corrections for the project.
  • •Create render views and walkthrough videos, and extract BOQs/schedules for MEP components, including conducting site measurements for as-built purposes.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in an engineering field (mechanical preferred).
  • •Ability to work using modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.
  • •Ability to use clash detection software such as Navisworks.
  • •Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical fields.
  • •Knowledge of MEP & HVAC system components and uses.
