  • •Lead the design process across all project stages, from concept to completion, working with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, budget and quality expectations.
  • •Support project setup and planning by identifying resource needs and technical requirements.
  • •Lead design teams and act as Technical Lead on key projects.
  • •Oversee stakeholder engagement and design risk assessments.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
  • •Chartered Engineer Status, or approaching chartered status
  • •Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design
  • •Significant experience leading major water and drainage infrastructure engineering projects
  • •Flexible to travel to other AECOM and client offices
