Job Summary

Oversee warehouse distribution processes and assist with supervising employees to ensure safety and operational excellence. Lead assigned warehouse activities including preparing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and managing physical inventory, storage areas, and receiving/stocking/quality control. Monitor productivity and maintain health and safety compliance. Train warehouse staff, coordinate equipment maintenance, and support inventory accuracy while meeting physical requirements, including forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist and lead assigned warehouse operations, including order preparation and loading/unloading trucks.
•Manage physical inventory and storage areas, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities.
•Oversee receiving, stocking, and quality control of merchandise.
•Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and monitor performance/productivity for service, quality, and cost control.
•Maintain health and safety compliance, support inventory controls, and assist with training and assigning workload.
