Job Summary

Lead technical development for the ServiceNow forward deployed AI portfolio. Design, configure, and build intelligent workflows and conversational AI solutions using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and Flow Designer, while creating scoped ServiceNow applications and integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensure best practices and security, and drive quality through unit testing, debugging, release support, and deployment/UAT/hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
•Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
•Configure workflow elements (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs) and build integrations.
•Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions, translating functional and technical requirements into scalable designs.
•Ensure best practices and security, perform unit testing/debugging/defect resolution, and support platform upgrades, release management, deployment, UAT, and hypercare.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience, including intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
•Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
•Expertise with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
•Experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM) plus Service Catalog and custom applications.
•Experience with Now Assist / GenAI Skills, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, and AI Search Predictive Intelligence.
