Job Summary

Develop and support complex bank software applications that drive day-to-day operations. Serve as a primary liaison between vendors and business units, performing testing, deployments, and releases through change management. Maintain core system knowledge (including Premier and BPM), create and update system documentation, and analyze performance issues, integrations, and data validation routines. Provide tier-two support and guidance to System Analyst I/II while contributing to audits and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, test, schedule, and deploy upgrades, enhancements, and releases following change management processes.
•Provide tier-two help desk assistance for issues escalated from First Support on critical applications.
•Create and maintain system documentation including desktop procedures, end-user procedures, system diagrams, SLAs, BCPs, disaster recovery plans, user access audits, and test plans.
•Assess business requirements for critical applications, convert them into system requirements, and maintain ongoing communication with vendors.
•Monitor integrations and performance issues; support audits and respond to audit findings.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
•4-6 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
