Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead cost management and post-contract commercial activities across major UK infrastructure programmes. Manage NEC-based contracts, procurement, tender processes, interim payment applications, change control, cost reporting, and forecasting. Support contractors with transparent, data-driven delivery, identify cost-saving strategies, and provide cost insights for key decision-making. Work within the Midlands team, balancing client embedding and travel to ensure strong commercial and contractual performance.
