Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product experience outcomes by defining and driving Firefly design strategy tied to MAU growth, retention, and competitive differentiation.
  • •Make fast, data-informed decisions using clear experimentation loops and user data, competitive analysis, and growth metrics.
  • •Personally lead regular design reviews to raise the quality bar, improve workflow cohesion, and proactively address UI debt.
  • •Guide non-designer builders by converting explorations into coherent, high-quality user experiences.
  • •Hire, grow, and retain world-class designers, foster an inclusive environment, and maintain competitive fluency while partnering with senior leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 188,600 - 385,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading and managing design teams at the Senior Director level or above, including managing multiple levels of managers.
  • •Demonstrated history driving product experience strategy, interaction design, and craft for v1 or early-stage products with ownership of experience outcomes.
  • •Deep, hands-on experience building AI-native or generative AI product experiences and understanding AI-powered workflow patterns and constraints.
  • •Strong cross-functional influence with exceptional executive presence to collaborate with and persuade SVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors.
  • •Superb visual and interaction design sensibility, with extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and UX/UI methodologies.
