•Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on secondary systems and ensuring high-quality communication
•Mentor graduate and early-career engineers to develop their technical and project abilities

•Strong client engagement and communication skills to advise, influence, and maintain long-term client relationships
•ASP Level 3 accreditation with a relevant Electrical Engineering degree
•Experience with AutoCAD, Neara, 3E Earthing, Neuron Earthing, Cymcap, Cable Pull, Voltage drop Calculator and PLS-CADD
