Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the creative vision and quality bar across Flow Studio in-product creative experiences, cinematic content, libraries, demos, showcases, and product storytelling.
  • •Lead and develop the Flow Studio content team by setting creative priorities, directing execution, mentoring contributors, and building a fast, high-quality production engine.
  • •Create and direct ambitious AI filmmaking work, including cinematic showcases, product films, and reference-quality experiments.
  • •Work hands-on with emerging AI image, video, performance, animation, and filmmaking tools to prototype ideas, test techniques, and turn experimentation into finished creative.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to translate new capabilities into compelling creative experiences and external storytelling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 273,460 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional portfolio or reel demonstrating outstanding cinematic taste, storytelling, and creative direction.
  • •Deep, hands-on experience with AI filmmaking and modern generative creative tools across image, video, performance, animation, and AI production.
  • •Strong filmmaking instincts across camera, composition, lighting, performance, pacing, editing, and visual storytelling; cinematography or directing experience is a plus.
  • •Proven ability to originate and create ambitious cinematic work (not only manage or review others).
  • •Experience leading creative teams with direct, constructive feedback while maintaining a consistently high creative bar.
