Own IT portfolio performance planning, governance, and financial stewardship to help the organization deliver greater value to patients and the business. Key Responsibilities

•Own the MTP process and annual IT budget with governance to monitor actuals, accruals, and forecasts; lead SOWs and contracts to align spend to plan and realized value.
•Build scorecards and dashboards on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, moving from retrospective reporting to predictive insights.
•Define and uphold data standards, sources of truth, and external benchmarks to enable consistent maturity and effectiveness measures.
•Partner across functions to map, simplify, and automate processes; set metrics that reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
•Lead business continuity planning within IT operations and collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and network teams to harden resilience and security for critical services.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in IT portfolio operational management, with a track record of driving performance and operational excellence.
•Proven experience managing organizational change, developing central initiatives, and implementing improvement in execution programs.
•Strong leadership and influencing capabilities to advise and engage cross-functional teams on performance, reporting, and delivery objectives.
•Familiarity with performance measurement tools, techniques, industry guidelines, and internal methodologies.
•Advanced communication, analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills, including facilitation and information gathering.
