Retail Personal Banker Associate I

Build customer relationships in a Financial Center using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future needs. Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products, proactively reach customers using approved marketing tools, and cross-sell to drive production and revenue goals. Partner with mortgage and business teams to refer customers, support the sales/referral process, and handle loan processing while maintaining risk, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
