Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for one or more specialized ERP applications, acting as the in-area technical authority. Translate business and application requirements into technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies, while evaluating alternative solutions. Support configuration, customization, integration, and documentation for ongoing projects, serving as the top escalation point for complex issue diagnosis. Also manage databases related to project execution and prepare them for client handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies for a major application area to meet business and application requirements.
•Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to address business problems.
•Provide technical guidance for application set-up, configuration, and customization, including ensuring integration across deployed applications.
•Act as the highest point of escalation for complex user issue diagnosis and resolution, escalating to vendors when needed.
•Identify improvement opportunities for how applications are configured and used; review documentation and provide training to less experienced support staff.

Key Requirements

•Minimum ISCED Level 6 (Bachelors) or equivalent technical training relevant to the supported applications (e.g., drafting or engineering technology).
•Certified training or equivalent experience in one or more technical applications.
•Several years' experience working in a project execution environment.
•Ability to assess client and contractual requirements and translate them into a project-ready environment.
•Fully conversant with application configuration and ongoing project support.
