Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies for a major application area to meet business and application requirements.
  • •Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to address business problems.
  • •Provide technical guidance for application set-up, configuration, and customization, including ensuring integration across deployed applications.
  • •Act as the highest point of escalation for complex user issue diagnosis and resolution, escalating to vendors when needed.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities for how applications are configured and used; review documentation and provide training to less experienced support staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum ISCED Level 6 (Bachelors) or equivalent technical training relevant to the supported applications (e.g., drafting or engineering technology).
  • •Certified training or equivalent experience in one or more technical applications.
  • •Several years' experience working in a project execution environment.
  • •Ability to assess client and contractual requirements and translate them into a project-ready environment.
  • •Fully conversant with application configuration and ongoing project support.
