Own the end-to-end recruitment, licensing, and onboarding of physicians for the hospital and its satellite clinics. Lead physician workforce planning, specialty-gap identification, and candidate sourcing strategies across local and international markets. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and JCIA standards, while overseeing onboarding activities like visa processing, credentialing, and insurance enrollment. Use HRIS/ATS, analytics, and dashboards to track KPIs and improve digital recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement physician recruitment strategies aligned with hospital manpower plans and clinical service needs.
•Lead the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection) while ensuring transparent and compliant hiring.
•Coordinate physician licensing, renewals, and credentialing with Government Relations and DHA; maintain accurate compliance records.
•Oversee physician onboarding and integration, including visa processing, credentialing, ID badge issuance, and medical insurance enrollment.
•Lead digitalisation of recruitment workflows using ATS/HRIS and automation, and report recruitment KPIs and dashboards to senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
•Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Leadership preferred.
•Certification in Recruitment, Talent Management, or Healthcare HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHHR).
•Minimum of 8 years in healthcare recruitment, including at least 3 years focused on physician recruitment in the UAE.
•Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, physician licensing/credentialing under DHA, and JCIA accreditation/compliance requirements.
