Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, supporting private equity, M&A, transactional risk, or due diligence engagements.
  • •Expertise in Property & Casualty insurance and specialty lines, including Cyber, Professional Liability, Financial Lines, Environmental, and Captive programs.
  • •Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, insurance-related financial analysis, and transaction structures.
