Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical failure analysis using bench characterization to identify failure mechanisms at die, circuit, and transistor levels.
  • •Construct failure models and determine root causes for yield excursions, reliability issues, and customer return cases.
  • •Design and execute bench DOE and probe engineering experiments to validate hypotheses and improve yield/quality.
  • •Translate characterization results into test, process, or device optimization solutions to enhance yield, reliability, and outgoing quality.
  • •Support NPI qualification and HVM issue resolution, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Microelectronics/Material Science/Physics/Applied Science.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-task projects to completion.
  • •Knowledge of circuit analysis and layout tracing, yield analysis, and electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Hands-on experience in electrical failure analysis, bench characterization, probe testing, and data analysis/DOE methodology.
