Job Summary

Support warehouse photo-department operations by distributing, sorting, scanning, and tracking authenticated items. Replenish inventory in authentication racks, audit items for correct tags and department, and coordinate daily processing strategy with authentication management. Handle inbound boxes and consignments, help route exception items with the Photo and Rec team, and operate a manual pallet jack to move product while maintaining safe, careful handling.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Distribute received product to the Authentication department and sort/organize items by level and category.
•Manage intra-authentication product movement, replenish authenticators’ racks, and audit items for correct tags and department placement.
•Scan and track product in Authentication locations, including unpacking and scanning units transferred from LCOs and other Authentication Centers.
•Scan all published items and hand them over to putaway; help route exception items with the Photo and Rec team.
•Distribute inbound boxes/bags to Receiving, keep the receiving area organized, and operate a manual pallet jack to move product and pallets while following safety guidelines.

Salary: USD 16 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment.
•Ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
•Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
•Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand up to 8 hours at a time.
•Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite, and ability to read and write in English.
