Job Summary

Advance multi-technology consulting engagements by shaping infrastructure architecture approaches for complex client environments. Conduct technology reviews, advise on design/deployment/operation of infrastructures, and proactively develop new strategies and solutions. Support pre-sales activities by selling solutions/services and engaging clients, vendors, and partners. Research emerging infrastructure technologies, maintain architecture knowledge, and coach/train associate-level consultants when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively support delivery of multi-technology consulting services by analyzing environments and developing architecture strategies and solutions.
•Develop architectural approaches for one or more layers of complex solutions and review infrastructure for alignment with roadmaps and architecture principles.
•Support pre-sales by proactively developing strategies/solutions and selling identified solutions and services.
•Advise on design, deployment, and operation of infrastructures by reviewing and evaluating client requirements.
•Conduct regular technology reviews, research emerging infrastructure technologies, improve internal methodologies/tools, and may coach/train associate consultants.

Key Requirements

•Extensive advanced experience in a similar consulting role within large-scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environments.
•Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience, including best practices used to advise clients as a trusted advisor.
•Experience with client needs assessment and change management, with strong technical consulting and client engagement.
•Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programming languages with strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology and/or Business Management (Scaled Agile certification desirable; TOGAF or other consulting/technical certifications preferred).
