•Collaborate with product teams to understand customer impact and scope of changes
•Champion reliability and operational excellence while working with teams across time zones

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in software development with proven Java web services experience
•Strong PostgreSQL data modeling skills (preferred)
•Experience with Kafka and/or Elasticsearch is a plus
•Excellent communication skills to articulate technical vision to stakeholders
•Ability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams
