Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, structure, and lead project teams based on client needs and technical challenges.
  • •Plan, execute, and report on project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, cost control, schedule adherence, and contractual commitments.
  • •Manage financial aspects and relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • •Promote Thales contractual frameworks internally and externally, and contribute to bid responses and pre-sales.
  • •Collaborate with commercial forces to develop activities and support business development in the defense sector.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent university education.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-site projects in managed services and Data/AI.
  • •Experience with contractual and financial management with clients and subcontractors.
  • •Ability to lead matrix teams and coordinate internally and externally.
  • •Experience in bid responses, pre-sales, and supporting business development.
