Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer inquiries regarding Etihad products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • •Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies and procedures.
  • •Update and maintain customer information and master data within company systems.
  • •Manage and maintain promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
  • •Process sales orders and prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports to support sales teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Certificate or higher qualification (Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree).
  • •Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Experience working with customer records, data entry, or transaction processing is advantageous.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong organizational and administrative skills.
