Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver fit-for-purpose controls and performance solutions.
  • •Lead analysis and definition of findings, and produce documentation and recommendation reports across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring them to specific circumstances and client needs.
  • •Lead business generation activities (bids and proposals) and provide line management and development to direct reports as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls and relevant experience in the PMO/controls & performance environment.
  • •Experience supporting major capital projects/programmes across schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting in infrastructure (including defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities).
  • •Strong understanding of project controls principles: planning and organisation, discipline, consistency, reporting, communication, and risk management.
  • •Ability to write and present reports and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including engagement with C-suite executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 applications and familiarity with tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project controls software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, PRISM).
