Key Responsibilities

•Follow up on confirmed orders and credit approvals
•Coordinate with the sales team for pending orders and follow up as necessary
•Liaise with the retail team on stock allocation for all orders
•Coordinate with the warehouse on the delivery schedule and secure a proper storage upon receipt of orders
•Provide the B2B Sales Manager with an analysis of the pipeline for any action if necessary

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales coordination or a closely related role
•Experience following up on orders, credit approvals, and invoicing in a B2B environment
•Ability to coordinate across sales, retail, and warehouse teams to manage stock and delivery schedules
•Strong analytical skills to provide pipeline analysis and actionable insights to the B2B Sales Manager
•Proficiency in CRM, reporting, and stakeholder communication
