Job Summary

•Lead and develop an Enterprise Solutions Engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
•Partner with Sales leadership to define and execute industry-specific and regional go-to-market strategies to grow pipeline and win rates.
•Participate as a player-coach in strategic customer engagements, executive presentations, discovery workshops, and complex solutioning.
•Drive operational excellence via resource planning, performance analysis, and scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices.
•Advise Sales, Product, and executive leadership with customer needs, industry trends, competitive insights, pipeline health, and product requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years leading Solutions Engineering teams, preferably within ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or Enterprise Service Management.
•7-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise software, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
•Proven ability to engage CIOs and senior IT leaders, driving strategic conversations and influencing executive decisions.
•Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams.
•Experience building scalable programs, processes, and go-to-market motions in a high-growth environment.
