Job Summary

Lead material program execution within the Global Supply Chain Management team, managing cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment. Oversee material program and subcontract management plans, create risk and opportunity strategies, and run quarterly financial reviews using EVM/EAC. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain MRP-based schedules, manage budgets and cost-reduction opportunities, and support gate reviews while ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance onsite in Tucson.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute material program plans and subcontract management plans.
•Create and implement risk and opportunity management plans to address program responsibilities and mitigation strategies.
•Conduct quarterly financial management reviews using Earned Value Management (EVM) through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to develop and maintain schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
•Oversee subcontractor performance, monitor performance metrics, and resolve program and functional issues to ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
•Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, finance, operations, engineering, quality, or program/project management.
•Experience with MRP/ERP systems (special program access or equivalent manufacturing programs).
•Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire.
•U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
