Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive advanced packaging manufacturing deliverables across assigned factory areas, aligning execution to safety, quality, output, cost, cycle time, tool readiness, WIP movement, and schedules.
  • •Set direction and operating standards to drive disciplined manufacturing execution against safety, quality, output, cost, cycle time, staffing, and schedule objectives.
  • •Develop resource/capacity/prioritization strategies to maximize equipment availability, factory stability, throughput, and readiness for current and future advanced packaging requirements.
  • •Partner with engineering, integration, maintenance, planning, quality, and program teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues, improve equipment/process performance, support recovery, and deliver milestones.
  • •Coordinate shift handoffs, workforce coverage, workstation priorities, WIP movement, tool utilization, and cross-shift execution to support committed production needs and business priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations (or related STEM) with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
  • •Experience driving manufacturing execution, factory readiness, equipment/process performance, and technical deliverables from development to high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Proven manufacturing performance leadership across safety, quality, output, cost, cycle time, staffing, training, equipment availability, and/or schedule execution metrics.
  • •Experience applying structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional groups and influencing priorities across stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
