Job Summary

Own and scale a co-marketing program for Snowflake’s Tier 1 strategic customers, shaping executive-level customer stories into flagship storytelling moments. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end co-marketing program for a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, from account discovery and story qualification through campaign concepting, production, launch, and reporting.
•Build trusted, long-term relationships with top customers and tell their stories in ways that create mutual value.
•Identify, qualify, and curate compelling customer stories, working with AEs and account teams to secure executive buy-in.
•Serve as a strategic partner to Sales using high-visibility storytelling to support retention, expansion, and growth.
•Orchestrate campaign execution across Brand, Creative, Social, Web, PR, ABM, and Exec Comms, including timelines/dependencies, customer approvals, and performance reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 206,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in customer marketing, co-marketing, executive programs, or integrated campaign management in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
•Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder co-marketing or integrated campaigns from brief through launch.
•Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, including communications leads and CDOs, at enterprise-scale organizations.
•Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how customer marketing and advocacy drive acquisition, expansion, and retention.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
