Job Summary

Support the rollout and expansion of Merchant Financing solutions across Indonesia’s markets. You’ll assist the Solutions team with day-to-day operational activities and market launches, coordinate GTM and campaign execution with local teams, track performance metrics (penetration, disbursement, approval) and marketing KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR), maintain operational documentation, and help drive merchant adoption through offline/online events and trainings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Merchant Financing rollout across markets by assisting the Solutions team with day-to-day operational activities and market launches.
•Coordinate with local market teams (launcher, seller education, category, account manager) to support GTM activities and campaign execution.
•Track and report business performance metrics (penetration rate, disbursement, approval rate) and marketing KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR).
•Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs and campaign briefs.
•Support offline and online events to increase merchant adoption of Cash Advance and Cash Loan products, such as presentations and account manager training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
•Experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce related roles.
•Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Sheets; BI tools a plus).
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams across markets, with good English communication skills.
