Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enhance system software diagnostics to validate GPU platforms across power, thermal, memory, PCIe, NVLink, and system-level behavior.
  • •Build stress tests and validation utilities with pass/fail criteria, structured logs, telemetry, and error codes to improve failure attribution.
  • •Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams on tests (L6, L10, L11) and integrate diagnostic coverage into manufacturing and validation flows.
  • •Investigate failures across hardware/firmware/software boundaries by analyzing logs and platform behavior to identify root causes and improve debug signals.
  • •Contribute tools, documentation, and workflows to make bring-up, regression, and production validation more efficient.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in system software, platform validation, diagnostics, embedded software, or low-level Linux development through projects, research, or coursework.
  • •Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python, with fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
  • •Familiarity with Linux-based development, scripting, debugging, and log analysis for hardware-adjacent software.
  • •Understanding of computer architecture and operating system fundamentals, with interest in how hardware, firmware, and software interact in complex systems.
