Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures, identify hazards, and actively participate in safety improvement activities.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/processes/equipment.
  • •Install and troubleshoot AC and DC drives/motors.
  • •Troubleshoot and assess equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize repeat failures.
  • •Drive preventive/predictive maintenance and document all maintenance activity in CMMS to build accurate asset history.

Key Requirements

  • •Comply with safety policies and perform all tasks safely, setting a standard for safe behavior and identifying/reducing risks and hazards.
  • •Demonstrated competency across the IMRT classifications, starting at the plant-determined level.
  • •Technical ability to proactively maintain, improve, install, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge and experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E, plus the ability to perform welding and machining/fabrication as required by location.
