Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales cycle for a SaaS restaurant-management platform by handling inbound inquiries, performing targeted outreach, and coordinating the progression of leads through the CRM. You’ll qualify opportunities, schedule demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales operations and marketing teams to extend reach across target accounts in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

•Respond to and qualify real-time inquiries from multiple communication channels regarding Foodics products and services.
•Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and hand off to the sales team when converted.
•Follow up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings and insert leads into the CRM.
•Handle inquiries and overcome objections with the goal of scheduling a sales demo.
•Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition and maintain relationships.

•Bachelor's degree in Communications, English or any business course.

•Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
