Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the same or similar duties as team members and lead the team as a working supervisor.
  • •Orient, train, assign, and check the work of junior employees; monitor and evaluate team members and adjust training as needed.
  • •Maintain quality control processes, implement process improvements, and ensure SOPs and Standard Operating Conditions are followed through frequent business audits.
  • •Translate goals into team priorities, respond to production needs, and assist the manager with production flow, staffing schedule, and resource planning.
  • •Communicate and monitor key operational metrics and collaborate with other functional areas to resolve problems and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements
