Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the commercial platform portfolio, including operating requirements, investment cases, and a sequenced growth plan.
  • •Establish product and portfolio governance: product vision, discovery, roadmaps, requirements, release planning, lifecycle decisions, and ownership.
  • •Guide global CRM and customer platform business strategy and governance to create consistency and value across customer, sales, and service workflows.
  • •Translate customer experience and business priorities into scalable knowledge, self-service, transactional, service, and automation capabilities using AI and trusted data.
  • •Lead transparent portfolio investment and delivery prioritization, funding recommendations, and trade-offs, resolving cross-product dependencies and regional needs.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience); an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.

  • •Track record shaping multi-year product or platform strategies, investment cases, governance, and portfolio decisions.
  • •Strong product-management skills translating business needs into clear workflows, roadmaps, requirements, and outcomes.
