Install, commission, program, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial customer sites across New York. Work with Honeywell and Tridium Niagara platforms to deliver integrated building management solutions covering HVAC controls, lighting controls, energy management, alarming, trending, and third-party integrations. Build system databases, interpret sequences of operation and control drawings, and collaborate with projects teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure reliable, mission-critical performance.
