Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a feature’s growth by selecting a metric, building a plan, and driving it upward.
  • •Automate content and experimentation at scale using bots, agentic workflows, and automations.
  • •Ship and review content/tools/pages quickly, measure what worked, and iterate.
  • •Run a disciplined weekly experimentation program (at least 5 experiments/week) focused on AI engines’ discovery and recommendations.
  • •Reach out for collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements across channels (e.g., Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, PR) to increase topical authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with SEO/GEO, link building, or community/PR outreach.
  • •Ability to build bots, scrapers, or content pipelines.
  • •Native or near-native English for writing, editing, and pitching.
  • •A track record of quick wins with measurable results (e.g., a feature/page you grew fast).
  • •An AI-native mindset—comfortable using AI tools and automations (e.g., Claude, agents) and pushing them further.
